Totally, Patrick. Having the all in one device is pretty convenient. The biggest hurdles for me are 1) maps and 2) camera.
The more we can treat the all in one devices as tools, the better the experience becomes. When I know a trail or wilderness area, just bringing a little digital camera is a delight - nothing else from the phone “pressing in” on the experience.
